The best part of eating Greek yogurt for breakfast, post-workout snack, or evening treat is that you control your macros and flavor. Add in extra protein with your favorite Myoblast flavor but then add even more flavor with stuff that is just darn good for you. In our Bowl of Awesome we added:
- Bear Naked soft baked granola (cacao + cashew butter with pepitas and sea salt) - Gluten free and non-GMO
- Pepitas - roasted & salted but you can get them unsalted. They are a great source of iron!
- Raspberries and Blackberries - Great source of vitamin C, fiber, and is said to help slow different types of cancer. Also, Blackberries also contain quercetin, an antioxidant that may help decrease the risk of heart disease.
- Pomegranate Seeds - High in vitamin, antioxidants, as well as fiber. Studies show a decreased risk of certain cancers and Alzheimer’s Disease.
